Опубликован 19-й годовой отчет Сети обеспокоенных историков (Network of Concerned Historians (NCH), содержащий информацию о цензуре, правах человека в деятельности историков, а также преследованиях историков, архивистов и археологов по всему миру. Есть глава, посвященная России.
